Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on May 4, 2010 (Tuesday) in the Marlborough City Hall, 140 Main St.  3rd Floor, Memorial Hall, Marlborough, MA  at 7:00 P.M. on the petition of the below named person seeking a variances in the application of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Marlborough, as follows:

The applicant is requesting relief from the following provisions of the Marlborough Zoning Code, Chapter 650 for an existing second driveway opening thus creating a circular driveway which is in violation of the following codes:

1.      Chapter 650-47(E) – Street frontage planting area

                (1)  Approvals and Permits required
                        (a)  Site Plan Approval required

4.      Chapter 650-48(D) – Construction of parking and loading areas

5.      Chapter 650-49(B) – All Driveways

Property in question is located in Zoning District A2, being Map 84, Parcel 121 of the Assessor’s Maps.
